On May 30, a man and a woman were located and placed under arrest. On Tuesday, police arrested a woman who was Dorion’s girlfriend.

Investigators believe that Dorion was at his residence on May 8, at which time he was assaulted over a prolonged period. As a result, he succumbed to his injuries and his body was concealed within the home.

Cary Phoenix Atkinson, 26, Season Jade Lavallee, 26, and Shelly Ruth Kirkness, 34, have been charged with first-degree murder.

All three remain in custody.
