UPDATE: Missing 17-year-old Winnipeg girl safely located

Update: 17-year-old, Precious Keeper, who was last seen on February 9, in the Broadway -Assiniboine area has been safely located by Winnipeg police.

We have removed her photo for privacy reasons.
