Winnipeg police identify victim of fatal shooting at townhouse on Tim Sale Drive

Winnipeg police have named a man who was shot and killed at a townhouse complex on Tim Sale Drive.

On Monday, at 11:45 p.m., patrol units responded to a report of a man shot at a residence located in the first 100 block of Tim Sale Drive.

Officers located a deceased man with apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Rig Debak Moulebou, of Winnipeg.

His death marks the city’s 40th homicide of the year,

This investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit.
